Lifespan Yoga YTT for Gentle Yogis is custom tailored for Yogis I meet every day. I have a training room with chairs and couches, a kitchen and spacious yoga room to make YTT possible for people with special conditions. YTT 200 is planned for very small groups to enhance learning, and run over two month period. In addition to the classic curriculum required by the Yoga Alliance, trainees will be exposed to yoga for many special needs and conditions. I can also offer private, intensive YTT 200 for very experienced yogis and in 2013 the popular 9 month weekend program will begin.
